In Conference I, it was Great Neck South losing to host Valley Stream Central 4-3. Great Neck South took third singles, and second, third and fourth doubles to secure their first win in Conference I-A for the 2014 season.

Port Washington defeated Wheatley 5-2 on its home court, led by Tim Seri Genes & George Kaslow  who defeated Garrett Frames & Ryan Olsen to clinch the match for Port Washington and moving Port to a still perfect 4-0 on the year.

Host Great Neck North and Friends Academy had a very tight battle yesterday, as the matchup was tied at 3-3 and came down to third singles. Great Neck's Daniel Charasz defeated Samir Singh 6-3, 7-5 in the deciding match, as Great Neck North improved their record to 2-1 on the season.
