The Roslyn Bulldogs won its second straight match on Friday afternoon as it beat Jericho 6-1 in a Conference I matchup to improve to 5-1 on the season.

Roslyn would win two of the three singles matches on the day, as Daniel Weitz beat Michael Wexler at first singles and Evan Kirsh notched a 6-2, 6-2 win over Oliver Liu at third singles. But the four doubles courts are where the Bulldogs did most of its damage.

It would win all four doubles matches, anchored by  a 6-1, 6-4 win by Zach Khazzam and Justin Lempert over Matt Masheb and Spencer Levy at first doubles, to take control of the match.

"The team played aggressively and stayed focused throughout the match," said Roslyn head coach KerriAnn Jannotte-Hinkley. "We are working toward improving our game every day."
