The St. John’s women’s tennis team wrapped up its regular season with a 4-0 victory over Stony Brook on Wednesday afternoon.

The Red Storm dropped just one match on the afternoon, at second doubles, but would win first and third doubles to secure the doubles point.

In singles play, Olaya Inclan Solis, Kajsa Stegrell and Irina Preotescu all won their respective matches to clinch the victory for St. John’s.

Finishing the regular season at 14-5, St. John’s now awaits the seeding for the BIG EAST Championships, which begin next weekend.

Stony Brook drops to 9-8 on the season, and has one more regular season match remaining against Queens College before the Missouri Valley Championships get underway.
