The Stony Brook’s Women’s Tennis team has been on a rollercoaster ride all season long, from earning their first national ranking in program history, to heading up to Vestal, N.Y. where they won their fourth straight America East title, cruising past Binghamton and Albany to once again qualify for the NCAA Tournament.

The North Carolina women remain ranked number one for the second straight week, while the Oklahoma men are the top-ranked team for the eighth consecutive week in the ITA Division I National Team Rankings. The 26-0 Tar Heels clinched their fourth regular season ACC title in the last six years when they beat archrival Duke 4-1 last Wednesday.

The North Carolina women remain atop the ITA Division I College Tennis Rankings for the second straight week, while the USC men leap back ahead of Oklahoma after the Sooners were upset by Texas A&M this week. This is the first ranking edition of the spring that is based on a computerized point-per-match formula, which caused several major changes.

The number two Oklahoma Sooners fell behind early in doubles, but stormed back to win the doubles point and carried that momentum to the singles courts in a 4-2 win over number one USC to win the 2015 ITA Division I National Men's Team Indoor Championship hosted by the University of Illinois at Midtown Athletic Club. The Sooners claimed victory in their first finals appearance, while USC moves to 3-7 in ITA National Indoor finals.

USC and Oklahoma will play for a national championship again, this time the 2015 ITA Division I National Men's Team Indoor Championship hosted by the University of Illinois at Midtown Athletic Club. The number two-ranked Sooners topped Big 12 rival and 11th-seeded Baylor, 4-2, and top-ranked USC swept singles matches in a 4-1 win over the number four seed Georgia.

Semifinal Sunday of the ITA Division I National Women's Team Indoor Championship saw eighth-seeded Georgia score its second upset of the tournament with a 4-2 victory over fifth-seeded California, while North Carolina posted its second consecutive shutout, this time against the second seed Florida. The three-time champion Bulldogs will compete for their fourth ITA Division I National Women's Team Indoor Championship tomorrow against the Tar Heels, who will try for their second title triumph in three years.

The North Carolina Tar Heels were crowned  2015 ITA Division I National Women's Team Indoor Champions Monday after defeating the Georgia Bulldogs, 4-1. It is the second championship at this event in Tar Heel program history, and the second in three years. The tournament was hosted by the University of Virginia at the Boar's Head Sports Club.
