Top-seeded Jack Sock of Lincoln, Neb., successfully defended his USTA Boys’ 18s National title, and Lauren Davis of Gates Mills, Ohio, captured the USTA Girls’ 18s National Championships as the number one seed on Sunday, and both will receive main wild card draws into the 2011 U.S. Open.
