The United States Tennis Association, Eastern Section will host its 20th Annual Long Island Region Awards Dinner on Wednesday, May 12th at 6:00 p.m. at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, N.Y. Focusing on the theme, “Growth Through Diversity,” the program will celebrate the many accomplishments of the Nassau and Suffolk tennis communities both on and off the court.

Tennis returned to the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on Saturday night for the first time in almost 15 years with the inaugural Caesars Tennis Classic. The event featured five of the sport's top past and present stars, including Pete Sampras, Ivan Lendl, Mats Wilander, recent retiree Marat Safin and the current number one-ranked American player, Andy Roddick. The hostess for the event was seven-time Grand Slam winner Venus Williams.

On Saturday, April 10, Caesars Atlantic City and StarGames present professional tennis at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City with the First Annual Caesars Tennis Classic. This exhibition event will be hosted by two-time U.S. Open and five-time Wimbledon champion, Venus Williams, and will feature three matches by five U.S. Open champions.
