Popular American ATP World Tour star Sam Querrey has committed to compete in the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, which will be hosted July 4 - 10, 2011 on the grass courts of the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island.

Ryan Sweeting, who just completed a dream week of going from wild card entry to champion at the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championship in Houston will compete in the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships in Newport, R.I., July 4-10.

Rafael Nadal defeated Ryan Sweeting, 6-3, 6-1, in third-round action of the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, Calif. Also advancing was top-seeded Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark on the women's side, as she defeated Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez of Spain, 6-1, 6-3.

If Rafael Nadal is getting nervous as he eases closer to winning his fourth consecutive Grand Slam, he sure isn’t showing it. After his 6-2, 6-1, 6-1 win Thursday over American qualifier Ryan Sweeting at the 2011 Australian Open in Melbourne, the Spanish star will now take on local favorite, 18-year-old Australian Bernard Tomic.

On day two at the 2011 Australian Open, Rafael Nadal advanced by defeating Marco Daniels in an injury-shortened match. The Brazilian Daniels' left knee gave out, forcing him to retire from the first-round match. Nadal was very impressive in his short time on-court, as he had gone ahead 6-0, 5-0 prior to the default. Nadal will next play American qualifier Ryan Sweeting who beat Daniel Gimeno, 6-4, 6-4, 6-1.
