I absolutely LOVE playing tennis! My mom was a club tennis champion in Baltimore in the 1930s, and she actually played tennis on the last day of her life at the age of 83. I learned the game at the age of 10 at a summer camp, and I’ve been playing socially ever since.

Spain's Rafael Nadal defeated American Mardy Fish 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (3) at the ATP World Tour Finals on Sunday at The O2 Arena in London, England in a three-hour-plus marathon match. Nadal overcame a stomach ailment to defeat Fish in opening round action in Group B.

This year at Wimbledon, each singles champion will receive a total of $1.8 million in prize money. All-England Club Chief Executive Ian Ritchie also announced that the total prize fund for the 125th Wimbledon Championships will increase to $23.8 million. In 2010, prize money for the singles champions was $1.54 million each.
