The Miami Open, an ITF and Beach Tennis USA beach tennis tournament, in partnership with Vision Italia, will be played during the first weekend of the professional tennis tournament (Sony Ericksson Open) in Key Biscayne, Fla. from March 25-27. Join Long Island Tennis Magazine and Beach Tennis USA as we get the 2011 Beach Tennis season started. This will be an ITF Grade 2 Tournament, with prizes broken down as follows: A $2,000 prize for the Men's Pro Doubles; $1,000 for the Women's Pro Doubles; and $200 for the Pro Mixed-Doubles.
