How often do you play matches and walk off saying to yourself, “I should have won. I’m better than him/her? It would be fairly safe to say that the difference between winning and losing matches can often boil down to which of the players is stronger and more confident mentally.

Tennis To The Max offers a unique opportunity to explore the techniques involved to getting more cool, calm, and collected on the court and turning those losses into victories. We’ll show you how we do it in one of our free workshops we’re offering at Eastern Athletic Club in Melville, N.Y., on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

At the last workshop held in December, Tennis To The Max worked with 12 men and women, on and off the court, talking about and analyzing some of the all too dizzying thoughts that go through a competitor’s head when playing points, such as what to focus on, eliminating negative talk and thoughts, the correct way to breathe, and visualiztion.
