Off Court Mental Training Keys On Court Success

Many tennis coaches believe that mental skills training are important, however, not many teach mental skills! Tennis to the Max is addressing this issue. In their unique program, they combine the expertise of a Sport Psychology Consultant (Tina Greenbaum, LCSW) with a USPTA Certified Tennis Coach (Fred Sperber). In an optimum learning environment, Tina addresses topics such as focus, non-judgmental awareness, relaxation, choking fear and visualization. Coach Sperber then implements these skills on the court.

At the end of each session, students come back to the classroom to review their experience and receive their “homework” assignments for the upcoming week. Tennis to the Max is offering two Free Introductory Workshops:

For Competitive Adult Players (18 +)
