Great Neck North snapped a four-match losing streak on Thursday, beating Plainview JFK 4-3 in Conference I to win its first match of the season.

The Blazers were led by Luke Hakimian and Damien Chafe, who notched a 7-5, 1-6, 6-4 win over Alex Fried and Nick Dechiano at first doubles to anchor the victory.

Also in Conference I, Roslyn got back to its winning ways with a 5-2 triumph over Port Washington. Sangjin Song beat T.J. Serignese 6-2, 6-4 at second singles to lead the way.  

Wantagh stayed undefeated with a 6-1 win over Uniondale. Andrew Randazzo knocked off Isaiah Rodriguez 6-2, 6-2 at third singles while Kieran Baisley and John King defeated Noah Lopez and Carl Antoine won 6-2, 6-2 at third doubles to help push Wantagh to 6-0 on the season.

Garden City improved to 3-1 on the year with a 5-2 win over Herricks, thanks in part to a Patrick Bodovitz 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 win at third singles.

In Suffolk, Brentwood improved to 8-2 on the year with a 6-1 win over North Babylon. Fred Garcia and Mario Diaz beat Sakie Ahmed and Ahem Hassan 6-0, 5-7, 6-0 at second doubles to lead the way for Brentwood.
