For the fifth consecutive year, cross town rivals Half Hollow Hills West and Half Hollow Hills East will meet in the Suffolk County championship.

Both teams won its respective semifinal matchups on Thursday afternoon to set up the rematch.

Top-seed Hills East snuck past Commack 4-3, beating the Cougars for the second time in three matches this season.

Hills West won all four singles matches to defeat second-seeded Ward Melville 5-2 on Thursday.

The Colts of Hills West are the two-time defending county champions, and will look for the three-peat when it takes on Hills East yet again. The championship is set for Wednesday, May 17 at 12:00 p.m. at William Floyd High School.
