The Hewlett Bulldogs won its third straight match on Friday afternoon, downing the Owls of Lynbrook 5-2 to improve to 3-1 on the season.

“I think I moved the ball around really well,” said Sciarrotta. “I made her move and was able to hit the ball with power and waited for my opportunity to win the point.”

Jennifer Perper and Shadi Torbati won 6-4, 6-4 over Arpre Bakhshian and Sydnee Romano at first doubles, and Nicole Pinkus and Chloe Mazo won 6-2, 6-4 at second doubles to round out the Hewlett wins.
