Defending Long Island champion Port Washington narrowly kept its winning streak alive as it edged Manhasset 4-3 on Monday afternoon.

Thea Rabman helped lead the way for the Vikings as she won 6-1, 6-1 win over Manhasset’s Gina Frankis at first singles. Casey Fanous and Samantha Radinsky chipped in a 6-1, 6-1 victory in third doubles, defeating Lilly Creem and Sabrina Lee.

Syosset’s Alex Ho and Sarah Wong won at second and third singles receptively, and Ruth Abraham and Sarah Schwartz came back to win 5-7, 6-3, 10-6 over Mari Maloul and Talia Mirjani at third doubles to lead Syosset to a 5-2 win over Great Neck North.

The Cyclones of South Side bounced back from a Friday loss to Plainview, downing Massapequa 6-1. Lauren Zola helped anchor the win by coming back from an 0-3 first-set deficit to beat Juliana Romeo 6-3, 6-2 at first singles.

Jericho knocked off North Shore 6-1, while Herricks snuck by Wheatley 4-3.
