Alan Sabovic improved to 13-0 on the season in the first singles spot, as he led Connetquot to a 7-0 victory over East Islip on Thursday.

Connetquot moves to 8-2 in Suffolk County’s League II and with Sabovic leading the way, the Thunderbirds find itself in the midst of the strongest season in school history.

New Hyde Park remained undefeated on the season, moving to 5-0 with a 5-2 win over West Hempstead. Ari Boldur and Jason Pun came back to win 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 at third doubles to anchor the team victory.

Luke Zohouri and Allon Pevzner fought back to win 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 at second doubles to lead Port Washington to a 6-1 win over Cold Spring Harbor.

Great Neck South took all seven flights to defeat Garden City 7-0, and win its fourth consecutive match.
