USTA Eastern has hired entrepreneur and marketing executive Donyshia Boston-Hill to serve as Head of NJTL, Strategic Partnerships and Events for the section’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion department. In this capacity, Boston-Hill will work closely with USTA Eastern’s National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) network to strengthen relationships as well as create and identify more playing opportunities for juniors across the section. She’ll also help build and develop sustainable partnerships with diverse organizations.

Williams, USTA Eastern Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. “As CEO of her own branding firm for many years, Donyshia comes to us with an incredible background in marketing and a long track record of success in managing multiple moving parts at many major NYC-area events. I know she will be an invaluable addition to our organization, and I am excited to work with her to increase the breadth of our offerings for diverse communities.”
Prior to joining USTA Eastern, Boston-Hill served as the CEO of Keeper of the Brand, a marketing agency that she launched herself in 2014. In this capacity, she developed and refined business and marketing strategies for a wide variety of clients, including AARP, the New York National Guard, Nestle, and the National Urban League. She also helped plan and execute multiple large-scale events, including the Hot 97 Summer Jam and the Essence Festival, the latter of which attracted over 1.5 million attendees.
Prior to founding Keeper of the Brand, Boston-Hill served as the VP of Marketing & Digital at WQHT Hot 97 and also spent some time working in sports in the marketing department for the New York Knicks. She holds a Master of Arts/Master of Business Administration in Music Business & Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Administration from Saint John’s University.
