American Sloane Stephens has found her coach for 2015. The 36th ranked Stephens will work with Nick Saviano in the upcoming season, as first reported by Open Court's Stephanie Myles.

Saviano worked with world number seven Eugenie Bouchard last season, helping the Canadian enjoy a breakout season. He hopes to do the same with Stephens, who had a forgettable 2014, posting a match record of 21-20 and battling a wrist injury for the latter part of the year.

The two were seen working together in early December at Saviano’s tennis academy, Saviano High Performance Tennis, in Plantation, Fla. Saviano will also work with Stephens at the Australian Open, where the 21-year-old was a semifinalist in 2013.

Stephens will open her 2015 campaign playing in the ASB Classic for the first time.

“I am really excited to be starting my year in Auckland for what will be my first experience of playing the ASB Classic main draw,” said Stephens. “I reached my first Grand Slam semifinal in Australia after a good start to the year, so I am hoping Auckland will enable me to go one better!”
