They emphasize thought out drills and live ball exercises designed to maximize your movement on court. This highly repetitive way of training allows players to gain a high level of improvement in a short space of time. What you won’t find is a 'stroke of the day' clinic as they believe creative shot making encourages players to work on a series of skills in sequence. The small groups ratios allow hitting more balls to promote accelerated learning.
Each session finishes with a doubles or singles match to further enhance your mental, tactical, technical and of course physical play.
