Andy Roddick won the 30th title of his career in his 50th professional final on Sunday with a 7-6 (7), 6-7 (11), 7-5 victory over Milos Raonic of Canada in the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships in Memphis, Tenn. The top-seeded Roddick two-plus hour win for Roddick makes him the eighth American to have captured at least 30 titles, and trails his fellow American, the late Arthur Ashe, who had 33 career titles.

"I think I was very fortunate. I feel like I got outplayed, I just stuck around and kept trying,” said Roddick "What a memorable 30th victory for me. I couldn’t be happier to do it in Memphis.”

Raonic’s strong showing so far in 2011 will likely move him up to the 37th spot, after he finished last year ranked 156th. This was the first meeting between Raonic and Roddick, who ranks behind only Federer (67) and Rafael Nadal (43) for career wins among active players.
