Time to Rally: Group Projects
Recently, I’ve been watching many local webinars about the state of the industry, and I was reminded about my days back in elementary and junior high school about what makes a good group project presentation:
- It should have a coherent central theme.
- The theme should be introduced.
- It should be presented in a logical order so that one presentation topic builds on the last.
- It should adhere to the topic.
- It should provide solutions.
- It should avoid statements of the obvious
- The presenters should come prepared.
- The presenters should adhere to the presentation and the facts.
- The presenters should avoid sidetracks to banter, personal agenda and self-congratulation.
- The presenters should speak clearly and try to “connect” with the audience.
