Glen Cove C.A.R.E.S. to Host June 30th Tennis Fundraiser

Glen Cove C.A.R.E.S. (Cancer Awareness Education Resource) will host a Tennis Fundraiser on Saturday, June 30 from 8:00 a.m.-noon at the Glen Cove High School tennis courts on Old Tappan Road. In the event of rain, the fundraiser will be moved to Sunday, July 1. The mission of Glen Cove C.A.R.E.S. is to raise the level of consciousness about cancer and to increase the awareness of cancer through education. Glen Cove C.A.R.E.S. also provides a range of services and support for patients, survivors and family members dealing with cancer.
A donation of $15 per person is requested for the tournament. Prior to the fundraiser, the USTA will provide a free tennis clinic open to anyone interested in honing their skills.
