Dominika Cibulkova stunned Agnieszka Radwanska in the semifinals of the Australian Open Thursday, 6-1, 6-2 to advance to the finals where she will face Li Na. Radwanska was playing her third Grand Slam semifinal. Her first two came at Wimbledon the last two years, having reached the finals in 2012 when she fell to Serena Williams.

Li was a semifinal winner over upstart Canadian and the number 30 seed, Eugenie Bouchard, 6-2, 6-4.

“I'm feeling the ball really well, hitting good in practice,” said Cibulkova. “With the matches, I am starting to get more confident. I just continue to do like what I do well.”

Li is seeking her second Grand Slam title, finishing off Bouchard with a backhand winner after a long rally, her 35th winner of the match.

"I think I played very well at the beginning of the match," Li said. "The second set was a little bit tight, because I was feeling like maybe I already had one foot in the final, but she also played so well. I just kept trying to play point by point because the match still had to continue."

Li is now through to her fourth Grand Slam final. She has one Grand Slam title at the French Open in 2011, but has lost both of her other finals, both at the Australian Open, in 2011 to Kim Clijsters and in 2013 to Victoria Azarenka.
