High School Coaches Workshop Set for March 20 at Bethpage Park Tennis Center

The 2011 Long Island High School Coaches Workshop is set for Sunday, March 20 from 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Bethpage Park Tennis Center, located at 99 Quaker Meeting House Road in Farmingdale, N.Y. The workshop is free and open to all Long Island High School Varsity and Junior Varsity Tennis Coaches. The snow date for the event is Sunday, March 27 at 4:30 p.m. The event will feature renowned coaches of top juniors, Steve Kaplan and Keith Kambourian, who will discuss:
â–ºQuick and easy repairs for problem strokes (Steve Kaplan)
â–ºPlaying effective doubles (Keith Kambourian)
â–ºFrank Dolan, consultant to the New York Yankees, will also be on hand to instruct and demonstrate movement preparation and dynamic warm-up routines.
There will be food, hitting for prizes provided by Head, top nationally-ranked juniors, networking opportunities and free play available at the workshop.
