The pro season is winding down for the year as this past weekend, Agnieszka Radwanska won the Korea Open title on the WTA Tour and France’s Gilles Simon was the winner of the Open de Moselle final for his first title of the year.

The top-seeded Radwanska rallied from a set down on Sunday to beat Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova 6-7 (6), 6-3, 6-4 to win the Korea Open. Radwanska hit five aces and took advantage of 10 double-faults by the third-seeded Russian player to win in two hours, 45 minutes at Olympic Park tennis stadium. Sunday’s win was Radwanska’s first since winning the Apia International in Sydney in January. Radwanska, currently ranked number four in the world, improved to 3-1 in head-to-head matches against the 32nd-ranked Pavlyuchenkova.

In France, it was and all-French final at the Open de Moselle as the second-seeded Simon beat two-time defending champion Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 6-4, 6-3 on Sunday to win the match for his first title of the year. Simon had not faced a single break point in the previous two matches but lost his serve once in the first set to Tsonga and saved four other break points in the match. Both players were bidding for the 11th title of their careers. Simon had lost his two previous finals, and it was his first title since Bucharest in April of last year. Simon won at Metz in 2010. Tsonga struggled on his serve and was broken twice in each set.
