U.S. Open-Themed “Top Chef” Episode Set to Air Wednesday, Dec. 22

During the 2010 U.S. Open, the cooking show, "Top Chef," filmed one of this season’s episodes on the historic grounds of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The episode is scheduled to debut this week on Wednesday, Dec. 22, on Bravo at 10:00 p.m. ET.
2010 Primetime Emmy Award-winning "Top Chef" returned to New York City for its eighth season, with host Padma Lakshmi and head judge chef Tom Colicchio, alongside judges Gail Simmons and, new this season, best-selling author and chef, Anthony Bourdain.
The Dec. 22 episode is the fourth episode of the eighth season and was shot on the court of Louis Armstrong Stadium the Thursday during qualifying week at the 2010 U.S. Open. Professional tennis player Taylor Dent and celebrity chef Tony Mantuano of Chicago’s Spiaggia and creator of the U.S. Open Wine Bar Food, are guest chefs on the episode.
